Following the excitement of the 2024 Vendée Globe, Les Sables d’Olonne will host the 2026 Vendée Arctique, in preparation for the 2028 Vendée Globe.
From May 30 to June 7, the race village will be set up on the Vendée Globe esplanade, right at the foot of Vertime, featuring entertainment, meet-and-greets with skippers, behind-the-scenes tours, and awareness-raising about Arctic issues. In the bay, the IMOCAs will also put on some thrilling speed races.
