The cuisine at Vertime by Benjamin Marchand reflects the flavour of life here: the taste of the sea and adventures overseas. It draws inspiration, too, from travel and the spirit of the West Coast. Made from ultra-fresh products, the food exudes a love of sharing.
Our restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm and 7 days a week from 7pm to 9:30pm.
Vertime restaurant
On the ground floor, Vertime is a restaurant with down-to-earth flavours. It can seat up to 90 inside, together with a terrace that can accommodate over 30 additional guests. Before taking a seat, why not meet for a drink at the adjoining bar? Filled with light and plants, it's the ideal place to enjoy a chat over our house cocktails. When the weather cools down, you can take refuge here as you put the world to rights in a cosy atmosphere.
The restaurant's cuisine is a perfect mirror image of Vertime’s identity: a taste for the fine life with great food and a friendly atmosphere. The dishes draw on local specialties and seasonal products, and they’re prepared simply with the focus firmly on local networks and quality. The Cali food spirit reigns supreme on the menu. The ingredients are healthy and organic, a mix and match of different recipes, cultures and cooking techniques, beautiful presentation, reinvigorating dishes to share – and, above all, fresh!
