Seminar space
A spacious 70m² meeting room on the ground floor can host companies and private clients for every type of event. We’ve left the space in its natural state so that it can be as versatile as possible. It’s only the curtains and second-hand conference chairs that lend the room its creature comforts. The meeting room can be hired with coffee breaks included.
The Club, also situated on the ground floor, is an altogether different space! Thanks to its ultra-flexible design, it can be combined with the bar and restaurant or work independently. It’s decorated in lounge style, blending the comfort of “Socialite Family” sofas with the timeless cutting-edge design of Artek chairs. And all lit by Oluce lamps.
As well as being spot-on for local businesses and event partners from Les Sables d’Olonne, it can also function as a lounge for seminars. Versatile, adaptable and accessible directly from the outside, it can be transformed into myriad different uses: a cocktail or wine bar in the evening, a pop-up space for temporary exhibitions, a co-working space during the day, etc.
